很确定没有double park的呀
怎么会突然收到罚单 236刀
咋办捏？

停车去拿东西了吧。。。
听朋友说，她把车停在路上，下去拿了个免费报纸。过了几天就收到罚单了，也是200多刀，她老公说，世界上最贵的报纸了。。。

路边已经停好了车，其他车还停它旁边，占据行车道的话，就是double park。

按规定在行驶的路上停车等位也是不行的，都算double parking，就是说你左边路边已经停了车了，你又平行停在它旁边

不可以在路上等车位的，简单的说，如果没有空位子，不管在路上还是在停车场，不可以停下来的。

可以试着写信negotiate，提出一个情有可原的理由。如果以前没有案底。估计这次可免。

我也被罚了,在包店对面的taxi zone停车,经常去145,我第一次知道那地方竟然是taxi zone.尼玛那地方我就没见过一辆taxi,而且是Ryde康嫂罚的罚单直接寄到我家里,我一直在想为啥不当场给罚单。

city附近的路，toorak之类的，时时刻刻都有堵着后边的车，等路边停的车开走的。
车位紧张，不等就没地方停的啊。
这要是都开罚单，政府再也不会赤字了。

你们是不是停在那等了一会才有人走? 理论上是有空位时可以停，没位置不能停下来等，除非那车已经从车位开出来你必须停车。

有很多很多是看见路边的车准备开出来，就停下等着的。
toorak road商业集中的那一段，太多这种情况了。

直接上庭，就说前面的车已经拐出来了，你没法不停。但是ranger要是有相片，你也废废了。

你说对了，我老公在·好事围·的主路上，就是前面一辆车在倒车进车位，我们就是在等车倒进去，我们才能开过去对吧！，过几天收到罚单说我们double parking，很气人的，听说开罚单的人，他们每个月都有指标的，算了，算倒霉，你要去告他们，就要有证人，照片等等，

总的来说，路边有车停着，你又去停，任何理由，下个人，拿东西，等前面的车离开之类的，只要ranger看到并且拍照了，这个钱就跑不了了。。。

有些小的Taxi Zone，确实是没出租佬停的，因为太小，根本没人来。

昨天在eastwood看到一辆车停在disable 位子，车主留了个纸条，说车抛锚了，尽快会联系拖车。因为没有disable的卡，照样被贴罚单。

不用白忙活了，肯定罚，因为他会拍不同时间你车的位置，如果你前面没有车，3秒不动就肯定罚了，肯定你上下人了，或者就停那里，通用到消防局这里是重点区域，买教训吧。要不你根本没有FULLY STOP。没有上下客。

如果你停在那里打灯，但是人不下驾驶座就没问题，但是如果你人走了，驾驶作上没人，哪怕车开着，他拍下来也算double，现在很多ranger很贱，在旁边等着，只要你一下车，就一张

那council不能只凭一张照片处罚的吧，这样的话，应该是一段录像了，不然一张照片有时候真不能分清楚这样的情况。
